Champ was founded by Jagannath Putrevu, Ted Cheng, and Peter Lin, three ex-Instacart engineers who spent years building systems for high-growth operations.

During their time scaling Instacart, they witnessed a critical gap. While engineering teams had powerful tools to scale themselves, non-technical teams were often left behind. Operations & Support departments were buried under an avalanche of repetitive tasks and manual data entry, leaving them no room to focus on the customer or strategy.

They built Champ to solve this by bringing a reliable AI agent workforce to the front lines. Champ aims to automate the low leverage manual tasks so your teams can get back to the meaningful work that drives growth.
